Job Description: We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist to work with one of our clients, a Military Defence manufacturing facility in Ingersoll, ON!
Job Location: Ingersoll, ON
Job Type: Full-time, permanent.
Shift Structure: Monday to Friday; day-shift position.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-Year Post-Secondary Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Technology (or equivalent)
  • 7–10 years in manufacturing engineering or machining
  • Expertise in CNC machining and programming (Fanuc, Okuma, etc.), robotics, and tooling systems
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, gauging, and machining practices
  • Strong understanding of APQP Processes, SOPs and ITPs
  • Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM tools like SolidWorks
  • Excellent troubleshooting, project coordination, and communication skills

  • Program and optimize CNC machinery, automation, and robotics to boost performance

  • Collaborate with production and engineering to solve urgent issues
