POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Bien Hoa City Full time   POSITION SUMMARY Provide decision support for the Factory Manager and is responsible for identifying, driving and sustaining improvements in the market or business across the Ensuring Supply process.   A DAY IN THE LIFE of A MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE MANAGER 1. Operation Support Ensure compliance with corporate & factory standards for consistent performance measurement and improvement while safeguarding people, products, and assets. Apply MRPM standard to measure factory capacity and optimize asset utilization. Work with factory management on medium–long term development plan for capacity & manpower. Use OEE effectively for continuous improvement and action planning. Ensure workplace safety and proper communication of Safety, Health & Environment. 2. Operation Improvement Drive operations improvements through benchmarking, suggestions, 5S, etc., ensuring timely and sustainable execution. Lead/coach problem-solving projects (DMAIC, GSTD…). Develop visual tools for improvement management and communication. Build a systematic improvement idea generation system. 3. Data/System Management Ensure related systems (NSAM, SAP, CST, iNexus…) are accurately maintained. Review and update manufacturing standards to support continuous improvement. 4. Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) Implementation Plan and prepare NCE implementation at the factory. Ensure communication and sufficient resources at all levels. Coordinate stakeholders for timely and successful NCE execution, removing roadblocks when needed. Monitor performance and deliverables; ensure sustainability with strong pillar team. Coordinate maturity checks. 5. Knowledge Management & People Development Promote sharing of best practices, benchmarking, and improvement opportunities. Ensure training on CI/OP/Goal Alignment methodologies; maintain strong capability-building system. Support change culture and succession planning in factory.   WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant Technical field. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations at factory management level; food industry experience is a strong advantage. Hands-on experience with Continuous Excellence implementation, preferably as part of the implementation team. Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations. Knowledge of total delivered cost and key cost drivers. Deep awareness of business and manufacturing strategies. Solid understanding of Industrial Performance tools and methodologies.
