We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of our production processes. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality manufacturing operations environment dedicated to full mechanical and electrical assembly of Turbocompressor, Turbogenerator and Motorcompressor of auxiliary systems packages. Partner with the best In this role, you will be responsible for: Issue manufacturing cycles and related production test plans (IPD) creating the complete documentation dossier required for packaging activities in accordance with procedures to ensure Quality and HSE standards Manage revisions of technical documentation and Bills of Materials Designs of any necessary tooling required to ensure the feasibility of the activities defined in the issued cycles, including new product introduction Analyze non‑conforming material and driving corrective actions Support solving technical problems that arise in manufacturing production (e.g. special tests and major NCR resolutions) Improve efficiency and reduce costs by continuously identifying and implementing enhancements to products, manufacturing processes and procedures Collaborate with Engineering on studies aimed at standardizing skids and/or production processes (lean approach) Monitor productivity within the assigned production tasks, managing labor cost of Contractors Support projects execution from ITO (Inquiry to Order) phase through OTR (Order to Remittance), participating in Engineering detailed design reviews Analyze and implement risk‑mitigation actions for new projects for the production phase Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Hold a Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) from an accredited university (with at least 2 years of experience) Desired Characteristics Desired experience preferably in some of the following functions: Engineering, Product management, Manufacturing, Global Service High level of curiosity and passion for learning Knowledge of rotating machinery market and EE portfolio Strong communication and influencing skills Be able to manage several projects simultaneously Show teamwork and self-starting attitude Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
