Job Description Key responsibilities: Lead, maintain, and develop manufacturing support systems to execute production plans and drive competitive advantage, in line with laws, internal regulations, and Good Practices. Provide front-line expert support for process-specific issues across one or more production steps to ensure on-time execution, quality, productivity, and compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and HSE standards. Lead and develop associates, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Support smooth shop-floor operations, identifying and implementing actions that improve quality and compliance. Assess, transfer, and implement new technologies; upgrade expertise and contribute to process optimization initiatives. Review and consolidate batch records post-production; ensure complete, accurate documentation and provide technical support to production and technology teams. Own short-term scheduling: drive complex planning analyses, guide production, and deliver detailed finite schedules that optimize execution sequences. Release orders to production and ensure materials and capacity availability, meeting GMP requirements and business objectives. Essential Requirements: BSc. or MSc. in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree. Fluent in English and proficient in Romanian Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing operations with strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and HSE. Proven leadership in shop-floor support, scheduling, and process optimization. Strength in documentation integrity, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
