Snelling Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Manufacturing Facilities Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift to join a mechanical maintenance team at a major automotive manufacturing facility on the south side of San Antonio. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting facility and equipment upkeep to ensure smooth operations.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Drug screen and criminal background check required
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
• Must have reliable transportation (not on the bus line)
• Basic knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, and conveyor systems

• Repair dock doors (overhead, high-speed roll-up, and coiling types)
• Restroom maintenance and general plumbing repairs
• Pump maintenance, greasing, and lubrication
• HVAC and Basic electrical troubleshooting of assembly line equipment (EPA Plus!)
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot general mechanical issues (no special license or certification required)
