JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Floor Manager to join our team and lead production activities on the floor. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you will coordinate day-to-day activities, supervise technical staff, and support product delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with the supply chain and project management teams to ensure builds are completed on time and to standard.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience supervising in a technical manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with computer systems and production reporting
  • Commitment to team success and continuous improvement

  • Supervise and coach technical assembly staff
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality and safety standards

  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and enforce safety compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate production timelines and priorities
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist in hiring new assembly staff
  • Monitor equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance
