EJ has an immediate opening for 3rd Shift Finishing - Grind Utility starting at $23.30 and potential up to $26.91 per hour within the first year. Shift premium is $1.50 for 2nd or 3rd shift positions. Location: Elmira, MI SUMMARY To process castings from a molded to finished product for use by the end user. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. *Other duties may be assigned. * Run equipment to include an air grinder, overhead air host, chipping hammer and a fork-lift. * Must have the ability to use hand tools to include hammer, punch, and screw driver. * Provides suggestion for improvement of all our systems. * Must meet physical demands as stated below. * Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention, and employee involvement with regard to a safe work environment.
