WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring teams operate in line with site safety standards, policies, and legal requirements
• Lead and support risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Actively contribute to incident prevention, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
• Maintain and improve our health & safety management systems (aligned with ISO 45001)
• Deliver toolbox talks, support training programmes, and provide day-to-day safety guidance to shift teams
• Work closely with maintenance and manufacturing teams to reduce hazards and ensure safe working practices
• Support environmental compliance, including site waste management and adherence to permitsCollaborate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and contractors as required
