Description Responsible to ensure finished products meet customer expectations. Respond to plant quality related issues with authority to stop production operations regarding safety or quality related concerns. Conduct and support plant internal quality system audits and assist in implementation of plant quality policies and procedures. Conduct receiving inspections of incoming materials/components; assist in PPAP preparation; perform gage R&R studies, capability studies, analyze information & report to management; assist in gage calibration & prepare gage instructions and updates as needed. Requirements 2 years experience in quality role in manufacturing environment is required, automotive manufacturing experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in fast paced environment. Proficiency with MicroSoft Office software including MSWord, Excel, & PowerPoint is required. HS diploma/GED is required, advanced education is preferred. Must be able to work 2nd shift, with OT as needed, including weekend work.
Responsibilities
