Resumen The Manufacturing Intern supports daily production operations by assisting in process improvement initiatives, data analysis, documentation control, and continuous improvement projects. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing technical and problem-solving skills. Responsabilidades Key Responsibilities: Support production supervisors and engineers in daily manufacturing activities. Assist in monitoring production KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime, OEE). Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). Help update work instructions, process documentation, and visual aids. Support root cause analysis for quality or production issues. Assist in time studies and line balancing activities. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams. Follow safety policies and manufacturing standards. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis preferred). Good communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. REQ-153889
