Manufacturing Lead/Coordinator

CT180 Manufacturing Facility
Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 6:00am - 2:30pm
MON TUE WED THU FRI 2:30pm - 11:00pm

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualification are required for this position:
o Prior leadership experience
o Prior machining experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Basic math skills including decimals and fractions
o Use, read, and interpret blueprints, micrometers and calipers
o Exhibit strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Highly motivated and self directed with the ability to motivate others
o Desire to continuously improve manufacturing processes
o Demonstrate an excellent safety record
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
