Concept and Launch department, within Production Engineering Nacelles in Nacelles Manufacturing, is at the forefront of innovation, transforming innovation concepts into tangible, high quality products by setting up thorough technical governance. ensuring production readiness and delivering targeted training to equip teams with the skills needed for execution. With a blend of knowledge, creativity, and precision, we are focused on ensuring our new products meet our exacting standards from concepts to productions. The department is primarily focusing on development activities in Denmark but is interfacing in a global environment having production facilities across the globe, where support can be needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have an engineering degree
• A relevant background within Manufacturing, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Extensive working experiences within manufacturing
• We prefer experience in wind industry
• Fluent in English both in writing and verbally
• Experience from working with DfM - Design for for Assembly, Test, Logistics, transport etc. Relevant for manufacturing
• We prefer knowledge of SAP & Windchill applications

• Technical Alignment: Ensure alignment across various work streams in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including Manufacturing Concepts, Tooling, Process Design & Documentation, Manufacturing Test, Training, Quality, and Logistics
• Strategic Direction: Support the strategic direction for different products in manufacturing and ensure alignment among all relevant factories globally
• Production Line Understanding: Have a deep understanding of production lines and optimize capacity utilization
• Team Leadership: Lead a team assigned to a specific New Product Introduction, whether it’s for Powertrain or Generators
• Technical Counterpart: Act as the technical counterpart to the Project Manager
