JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leadhand to oversee daily operations within our team reporting to the shift Supervisor. The Lead Hand will play a crucial role in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to motivate and guide team members effectively.

SKILLS

  • Food Manufacturing experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the workplace.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a similar industry.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
