Description Production Castings is seeking hands-on Machine Operators who are eager to grow their skills in a Zinc and Aluminum Die Casting manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with industrial equipment and want the opportunity to advance into Die Cast Machine setup and operation. What You’ll Do: Operate Wheelabrator and Burnishing Machines to finish metal parts according to specifications Operate trim presses in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic modes as required Inspect finished castings to ensure they meet quality and production standards Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or process issues during production Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing work environment Growth Opportunities: This position offers the opportunity to skill up into operating and setting up Die Casting machines, making it a great role for motivated operators looking to advance in manufacturing. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred, but not required Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documentation Ability to maintain accurate production and quality records Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality finished products and are eager to grow within a Zinc and Aluminum Die Casting operation. Work Schedule Options We offer multiple shift opportunities: 1st Shift (4-Day Work Week) 5:15 AM – 3:45 PM Monday through Thursday 2nd Shift (4-Day Work Week) 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday 3rd Shift (5-Day Work Week) 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM Sunday through Thursday Compensation & Benefits We offer stable, full-time employment with growth opportunities in a well-established manufacturing company.
