Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402 Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour + $0.75 shift differential Shifts: 1st: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM About the Role Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting. Machines in Operation Stamper Operator: Operate press machines to punch tiles, auto-stack products, and perform quality checks. Preferred experience with HMI control panels. Reroller Operator: Final stage of production; use forklift and hoist to cut rolls to customer specifications and prepare for shipping. Mix Operator: Combine wet and dry materials, load molds, and secure lids. Requires comfort in confined spaces for machine clean-out; heavy equipment experience preferred. Lamination Operator: Highly technical role with 3-month training; work with chemicals and advanced machinery as part of a 4-person team.
