Description We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our team and keep our production running smoothly. You’ll oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance, manage equipment performance, and ensure a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor the maintenance team. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. Troubleshoot and improve equipment performance. Manage maintenance budget and track key metrics. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance. What You Bring: 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, including supervisory experience. Strong technical skills with industrial equipment. Experience with CMMS or similar systems.
