Description WHO WE ARE: Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned company with multiple manufacturing facilities in the eastern and central US. We design and build over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment you can buy, and it’s all done right here in the USA! YOUR JOB: You’ll be performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues on manual and electronically controlled equipment, as well as other facility structures and systems, in a heavy metal fabrication environment. You’ll be a problem solver! This position is on first shift, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as required on Fridays. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performing routine preventative maintenance • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems • Repairing equipment and physical structures • Assisting with the building/creation of new work cells YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: • 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment • Industrial electrical experience REQUIRED • Hydraulic and mechanical experience preferred • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license YOUR COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND PERKS: This position has a wage range of $26.00 -$31.00 per hour. You’ll be eligible for our Gainsharing bonus program after 90 days.
