Description We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to assist our production operations during our day shift. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility. They perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support continuous improvement efforts to maximize production efficiency and safety. - Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in a timely manner to minimize downtime. - Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and prolong machinery lifespan. - Collaborate with production team to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly. - Assist in the installation, calibration, and modification of machinery to meet production requirements. - Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to identify issues and implement solutions. - Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance and future reference. Requirements - High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associates degree in a related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. - Strong Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow maintenance schedules. - Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
