POSITION SUMMARY:
This hands-on role is pivotal in the manufacturing of ACT production HVAC and rugged air conditioning (refrigeration) products. It involves overseeing and organizing the activities of workers engaged in various manufacturing processes such as assembling, brazing, wiring, testing, masking, and post-paint final assembly. Success in this role relies on a comprehensive understanding of these processes, methods, and the products themselves, as well as the ability to effectively train employees to uphold and surpass efficiency and quality standards set by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a technically oriented company is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment as well as management or supervisory experience is required.
- Proficiency with ERP systems is necessary.
