We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to take responsibility for all manufacturing operations within a programme / build stage, ensuring on time and on cost supply of quality products to our customers. You will be required to strike the right balance between hands-on engagement in daily activities and tactical deployment of the company objectives.. You will have line management responsibility for assembly / test, manufacturing, engineering and logistics / stores.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be required to add value through operation and Continuous Improvement of an effective Lean based Management System, plan for the development of skills and competencies needed to deploy the production plan for the area of scope, and ensuring that Production Managers implement this plan effectively. The Manufacturing Manager ensures that the manufacturing area for which they are accountable meets EHS requirements and that their team follows the process.
