We are seeking a driven and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations for our fragrance manufacturing facility . This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant production processes, while driving automation, continuous improvement, and team development .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering , or related discipline.
• Min 3 years of experience in production operations and automation , preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, food, or chemical manufacturing .
• Strong knowledge of GMP , 5S , production flow optimization, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office , and familiar with ERP , MES , or production planning systems.
• Experience with CAD software and data analysis tools is an advantage.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
