The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality production processes while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and strong cross‑functional collaboration. This role plays a key part in executing the company’s strategic direction and supporting the long‑term success of the Manufacturing (MFG) function. Main Responsibilities Leadership & Operational Excellence Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality operations across all production shops. Translate General Manager strategies into actionable plans aligned with QCTM pillars. Maintain effective communication and workflow between Manufacturing and all internal/external stakeholders. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement Assess departmental performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Drive cost‑reduction initiatives across all manufacturing areas. Develop and manage future‑state (“WANT TO BE”) scenarios to support long‑term Manufacturing strategy. Reporting & Technical Documentation Prepare high‑level management reports and detailed technical documentation to support informed decision‑making. Project & Model Launch Management Oversee activities for new projects and manage manufacturing phases of new model launches. Budget & Resource Management Manage Manufacturing budget, including headcount, overtime, and material costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets. Safety, Environment & Workplace Organization Ensure full compliance with 5S and OHS standards to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Who We’re Looking for: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field. 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing process management. Strong knowledge of quality and environmental standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams. Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and team‑building capabilities. Fluent in English and Arabic Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong drive to achieve results and deliver continuous improvement.
