Description
MATERIAL HANDLER – MANUFACTURING Flexcraft is looking for a Material Handler to support uninterrupted production by keeping machines supplied, work centers organized, and auxiliary equipment running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced floor role and a key support position for the Shift Supervisor. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Keep production machines supplied with raw materials to prevent downtime * Scan materials to work orders and finished goods to proper staging locations * Monitor blenders, grinders, and auxiliary equipment and escalate issues quickly * Support upcoming changeovers and startups with proper materials and equipment * Perform line clearances and ensure packaging meets playbook requirements * Move finished goods to shrink wrap and FG staging; ensure correct labeling * Maintain Lean, GMP, FIFO, and housekeeping standards * Assist with auxiliary equipment setups and relieve IP breaks as needed * Work closely with Process Technicians and Engineers to learn processes WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * High school diploma * 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred * Experience in a fast-paced blow molding environment strongly preferred * Comfortable using barcode scanners, pallet jacks, blenders, grinders, tape guns * Knowledge of GMP, Lean, FIFO, and manufacturing best practices * Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to prioritize in a changing environment * Reliable, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed WHY FLEXCRAFT * Critical support role with real impact on production flow * Team-oriented manufacturing environment * Opportunity to learn and grow into advanced manufacturing roles   ---------------------------------------- Important Note: We utilize a tool called Culture Index as part of our recruiting and employee development process.
