Join our dynamic Methods & Manufacturing Manager and help drive operational excellence through innovative planning and resource optimization! Methods & Manufacturing Manager What will you do: Lead the continuous improvement of the plant’s value chain, driving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance Own and optimize manufacturing methods and processes across the plant Drive Lean Manufacturing culture with a strong focus on waste reduction and standardization in an ETO environment Lead Kaizen initiatives and perform value stream analysis to identify improvement opportunities Drive plant digitalization and adoption of manufacturing technologies Lead training strategy and capability development for manufacturing teams Own change management initiatives, ensuring successful transformation and adoption of new processes and systems (including SAP transition) Support plant expansion and scaling in a high-growth environment Ensure standardization of processes across manufacturing operations Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~14 direct reports What will make you successful: 8–12+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, ideally within metal-mechanical, electrical, or automotive industries 5+ years in leadership roles, managing engineering, methods, or manufacturing teams (people management experience required) Proven track record leading Lean Manufacturing transformations, including Kaizen, waste reduction, and value stream mapping in complex operations (ETO experience is a strong plus) Solid experience driving productivity, efficiency, and process standardization initiatives at plant level Hands-on experience with plant digitalization and implementation of manufacturing technologies and systems (ERP/SAP preferred) Strong expertise in manufacturing engineering, process design, capacity planning, and performance optimization Demonstrated capability in leading change management and transformation projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and process optimization Proven ability to develop and grow talent, building high-performing teams Advanced level of English proficiency (professional working proficiency required) Key competencies: resilience, adaptability, structured thinking, effective communication, and agile decision-making What's in it for you: Leadership role in shaping manufacturing excellence and operational strategies Opportunity to drive innovation in production processes and systems Professional growth through exposure to diverse manufacturing challenges Collaborative environment fostering knowledge sharing and development Impact on organizational success through operational optimization Let us learn about you!
