Description
Business analyst designing, optimizing, and implementing end-to-end Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and IT best practices. Key Responsibilities Map current vs. future-state processes for product registration, approval, and risk assessment. Identify gaps and propose improvements to streamline NPI an dEngineering workflows. Define integration points across key systems (ERP, PLM, MES, EI, and engineering applications). Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements. Translate requirements into process flows and technology solutions leveraging AI and automation. Ensure all Engineering and NPI processes meet regulatory standards and internal governance policies. Work Profile Proficient in tools for workflow design, master data management, and integration architecture. Skilled in data analysis, visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and lifecycle management. Experience with MES / ERP systems / test data management and product data governance preferred. Analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement. Familiarity with AI technologies and automation solutions. At least 2-3 years hand on experience in design & supporting or devops role (tier 2 / tier 3) for IT solutions is preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
