Join our dynamic team in Huntsville, Alabama, as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) and be at the forefront of cutting-edge defense manufacturing.
We’re looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about precision and innovation to help produce Boeing’s Patriot Advanced Capability Center of Excellence (CoE) — an integral part of the world’s most advanced air defense system. Recently, the CoE, in association with the PAC-3 product, was honored as the 2025 “Coolest Thing Made in Alabama:” in the statewide Manufacturing Madness competition.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing or Production environment
  • 1+ year of experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment where compliance with policies and procedures are essential
  • Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills with leaders and colleagues in an operations environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Previous experience with Project Management
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Lean implementation
  • Active US security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Provides limited feedback on assessment results.
  • Support the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general supervision.
  • Implements routine manufacturing processes and assists with the development of new or revised processes.
  • Guides routine production activities and resolves problems of limited scope.
  • Reviews and approves standard technical documents.
  • Guides others in complying with manpower requirements.
  • Collects and interprets data; assists in translating data into actionable plan
  • Reviews and validates corrective action plans
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent tools), with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data in Excel
  • Understand complex formulas (nested if loops, conditional counts/sums/avgs, hlooksup/vlookup/xlookup, array formulas, etc.)
  • Create and manipulate macros and their controls
  • Create database connections in Excel to pull data from business systems with SQL
  • Ability to understand and track the needs of multiple programs.
  • Understanding of theory of constraints and utilization of resources.
