Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Operations Analysts to support our Boeing Production Systems (BPS) team in Renton, Washington.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced and Senior Level Manufacturing Operations Analysts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environmen

  • t3+ years of experience in performing data analysi
  • s3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoin
  • t1+ year of experience working with cross-functional team
  • sAbility to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some position may also be rotating shift

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience change if level 3 adde

  • d3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS

  • t3+ years leading complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customer
  • s3+ years working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).

SUMMARY PAY RANGE FOR A LEVEL 4: $106,200 – 129,800
