Job Description Summary The GE Vernova Early Career Training Program is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains young talents who meet the required criteria to perform their training program in Repair shop activities. Program duration is up to 12 months. The program will develop the general skills and the business acumen of the trainee regarding the shop activities. Job Description What Will You Do Leading lean initiatives across the cell. Support the operations for analyzing quality defects and drive Root Cause Analysis. Job Cost Review (JCR): Hours data analysis, and proposing recommended actions. Leading Continuous Improvement projects Supporting Engineering Team on Work Instructions, preparing Visual Aids, quality form and Supporting Engineering projects. Leading 5S initiatives. Tracking and maintaining productivity initiatives. Perform and participate Kaizen projects Perform detailed problem solving What Do You Bring Bachelor Degree from an accredited university Active listener with good communication skills in English. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proactive with high level of integrity. Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Trainees will be responsible for leading lean and continuous improvement projects, including 5S initiatives, while supporting operations by analyzing quality defects and driving Root Cause Analysis. They will also assist the Engineering Team with documentation and participate in detailed problem-solving activities.
