QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MANAGER:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years of operational leadership in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems, data analysis platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain operations, production planning, quality assurance systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to solve complex problems, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
