Job Description Plan and organize use of resources for multiple lines (new or existing lines) with complicated processes or large number of lines effectively to meet OEE, productivity, internal failure cost target. Able to translate the department objective into production goals/ KPl's and ensure the goals are cascaded to all level within the responsible area. To supervise and motivate his subordinates to achieve the department goals through the set of values of the Company and work in direction to ISO standard. To recruit necessary manpower and provide training needs for the staff in the production to acquire skill and knowledge to succeed in the department and Company goals. To manage and ensure daily production operation meeting the delivery, quality and cost target. Establish performance indicators and evaluate staff performance. Close co-operation within relevant departments in PgP1 and AE to meet department goals and objectives. To lead and motivate employees in the section to participate in PgP1 team project and department activity for continuous improvement e.g. BPS, CIP, MIi, etc. To monitor and continuously improved the product quality, process and cost. Responsible over the work safety, fire and environmental protection, and adhere to all relevant HSE norms regulations and requirements. Support on production planning activity. Manage and ensure the accuracy of the inventory in the production area. Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Operation/Production/Engineering/Quality or related field At least 15 years working of experience in SMT Process Good in English communication and written skill Leading a large group of operation with >50 blue collar and white staffs Decisive, quickly move to implement decision Organize project and people to get things done Always put “Quality” as top priority to achieve “Best in Class” operation Additional Information Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc Company Insurances and etc
