Thermach LLC designs and manufactures advanced thermal spray equipment and turnkey solutions. We’re seeking an Operations Manager who combines technical expertise with team leadership to drive efficiency, quality, and culture in our growing organization.

• Lead daily manufacturing operations (safety, quality, delivery)
• Develop and document processes, SOPs, and work instructions
• Drive LEAN/Continuous Improvement initiatives and track KPIs
• Oversee purchasing activities and supplier performance to ensure material availability
• Work closely with Engineering and Sales to align production with customer requirements
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support Thermach’s growth trajectory
• Coach and develop team members, building a strong culture
