In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—ensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first. Ready to get started? Apply now and take the next step in your career! Shift pattern We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday What you get from us Salary: £24,925 - £27,512 (Based on experience) Shift allowance Free English lessons (if required) Employer matched pension up to 5% Health cash plan Flexible benefits including; Corporate gym discounts, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many more Access to online GP & life assurance Responsibilities Responsibilities Operating of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times. Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site. Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur. Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality. Reporting any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformances to Line Manager promptly.
