JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Manufacturing Operative to support the production of automatic nesting systems. This hands-on role involves working closely with our CNC team and contributing to various stages of the manufacturing process including sanding, paint spraying, and assembly. The ideal candidate will be focused, reliable, and possess a strong command of the English language to ensure clear communication and adherence to safety and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong command of the English language – both spoken and written.
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and manual handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CNC processes and machinery is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
