JOB DESCRIPTION   We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our production team as a manufacturing operator. Manufacturing Operators are responsible for preparing orders for their production line and performing departmental duties while maintaining alignment with Knowles safety and quality practices.  The second shift hours are Monday through Friday; 2:00pm to 10:30pm     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Operators will complete multiple operations while performing as a team to following procedures and focusing on safety and quality. * Operators will be trained and expected to prep orders for their production line and perform departmental duties * Operators will be responsible for operating various machinery to bring product to desired quality specification  * Inspect parts and product to verify quality * Communicate any mechanical or quality issues to the attention of their supervisor and/or Engineering   SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE * Ability to follow work instructions documents. * Ability to multitask and work independently, without supervision.  * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. * All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials.  * Must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
