We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Lincoln.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our existing teams to add value and make a positive contribution. We will support and develop the right candidate for the role by providing them with extensive training, giving them the knowledge they need to be successful.

To be considered for the role we are looking for:

  • Computer literate and ability to confidently demonstrate the use of computers in a work place setting.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy/attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate following process instructions to complete a project and/or task.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Task requires a good physical capability as manual handling is involved.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Effective communicator with team members and other colleagues.
  • Flexible in meeting business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
Responsibilities

This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Completion of day-to-day production activities as instructed.
  • Ensure that all Operator / Engineering instructions are accurately followed.
  • Undertake operations for the assembly of IGBT modules.
  • Operate various types of device and test equipment.
  • Work in line with work scheduling requirements as instructed.
  • Follow work detailed work/operator instructions to a high standard at all times to ensure high accuracy and quality and minimise potential waste
