You independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team, where you will support production across multiple lines and equipment. This role offers variety and the opportunity to develop skills across several processes in our manufacturing environment. How you will contribute: Independently operate and maintain production equipment across assigned areas. Execute standard work processes using AM and PM methodologies to ensure safe and efficient production. Participate in root-cause analysis, stops reduction, and loss elimination. Support quality assurance and safety compliance activities. What you will bring: Experience in operating machinery within a food or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn multiple processes. Good communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team. Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
