Weekly Earnings: Up to £592 (including attendance bonus)
Hourly Rate: £12.21 + £1.15/hour attendance bonus

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in mechanical assembly or similar hands-on roles
• Skills: Proficient with hand tools and working to targets
• Availability: Ready to start immediately
• Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility: Willing to work up to 45 hours per week

• Mechanical Assembly: Fitting and assembling components with precision
• Tool Use: Confident use of hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment
• Technical Interpretation: Reading job sheets and technical drawings
• Quality Control: Measuring and inspecting parts for accuracy
• Parts Handling: Sorting, cleaning, and managing stock
