About the Role:Primarily this position is responsible for carrying out manufacturing functions in a safe manner within an extrusion facility, ensuring quality control measures are achieved. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate equipment and perform tasks in line with site Work Instructions / Safe Operating Procedures
  • Ensure product quality and packaging standards are maintained and comply with delivery targets
  • Participate in training to become a multi-skilled team member
  • Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives
  • Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&E)
