This is not a sales role. This is a systems accuracy role. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and validate customer purchase orders in Odyssey ERP (B&L Information Systems) Audit order details for pricing, part numbers, revisions, quantities, and delivery schedules Identify and correct discrepancies before they impact production Maintain real-time ERP updates to ensure schedule accuracy and traceability Coordinate fact-based communication with Production, Shipping, Quality, and Sales Document all order changes with clear, organized records Support on-time delivery by maintaining data integrity across departments What Success Looks Like Orders entered correctly the first time Minimal revision errors Clear documentation trails Production receives accurate schedules No surprises caused by data gaps Why BCI 86+ year stable manufacturing company Structured systems and defined processes Clear expectations and measurable standards Competitive pay and benefits Requirements What You Bring Experience in order entry, ERP systems, or administrative support within manufacturing High attention to detail and strong data accuracy discipline Ability to follow defined processes without deviation Professional, concise communication style Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Familiarity with ERP systems (Odyssey ERP experience preferred) Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
