Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Packer to join our Production team, based in Kewdale, Western Australia
In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient, accurate, and high-quality packaging of finished products in accordance with company standards.

The responsibility of this role includes but are not limited to:

  • Pack finished products into designated containers or packaging according to standard procedures and specifications
  • Inspect products for quality assurance prior to packaging
  • Label packaged goods accurately with product codes, lot numbers, and relevant information
  • Use QR code scanning and data entry into RCT’s ERP and associated systems
  • Operate packaging machinery (e.g. label applicators) safely and efficiently
  • Monitor inventory of packaging materials and report low stock levels to avoid production delays
  • Follow all workplace health and safety protocols
  • Perform other packaging and production-related tasks as assigned

To be considered for this position, you must have the following attributes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (essential)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging (desirable)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Detail- oriented with focus on quality
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
