Job Description Responsible for planning, scheduling, production activities for pharmaceutical and medical device components. Ensures efficient workflow, resource allocation, and timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing process improvements. Responsibilities: ​• Develop and manage production schedules based on capacity, lead times, and resource availability. • Monitor manufacturing performance and ensure timely shipment of products. • Use ERP and planning tools to optimize production and inventory levels. • Coordinate procurement of raw materials and track purchase orders. • Support process improvement initiatives and cross-functional planning efforts. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: 5–8 years in a relevant role Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English Technical Expertise: Minimum 1 year of production planning experience using an advanced MRP system within a manufacturing setting Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement programs Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
