We are in search of a Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Middleton, WI. This position reports to the Productions Supervisor. This position is primarily responsible for administering all aspects of the scheduling department from data input to work order creation and inventory management.

· Communicate information flow and work flow from supervisors down to your team members (work schedules, company events, meetings, other key information as required.
· Communicate any issues that arise which could lead to significant production delays to production management.
· Directly involved and assists with maintaining inventory of finished goods for all clients.
· Directly responsible for the creation of daily schedules for all work areas and equipment of 2 separate manufacturing facilities.
· Manages and maintains bun inventory for both facilities, orders buns as needed and collaborates with pour plant’s personnel to maintain appropriate pour schedule and inventory levels.
· Interprets customer specifications and communicates with the customer to create drawings, dxfs, schedulable parts, and any other needed documentation.
· Creation and maintenance of SKUs in ERP system and any other accompanying documentation including BOMs and routing.
· Actively works to improve existing processes and systems to maximize efficiency.
· Utilizes ERP and other software programs to analyze historical data to understand customer patterns and create a long term forecast.
· Attends and is a key contributor to production meetings.
· Assists with or helps facilitate training of new team members in their department.
· Responsible for maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
· Any other duties as assigned by management.
