Description We’re hiring a Manufacturing Planner who can keep production moving. This role owns the schedule, materials, and flow of work through the shop. What you’ll do: Build and manage daily/weekly production schedules Release jobs and create work orders Coordinate materials, purchasing, and inventory Track job progress and adjust schedules in real time Work closely with production, sales, and shipping Keep ERP (JobBOSS or similar) accurate and up to date Requirements What we need: Manufacturing planning or scheduling experience Strong organization and problem-solving skills Good math and data skills (Excel required) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple jobs at once High accountability — you own the schedule Bonus if you have: Sign manufacturing, metals, or fabrication experience ERP experience (JobBOSS or similar) Apply if you: Are detail-oriented, fast, and take full ownership of getting jobs through production on time.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for building and managing daily/weekly production schedules, releasing jobs, and coordinating materials to ensure the flow of work through the shop floor. The planner must track job progress, adjust schedules in real time, and maintain accuracy within the ERP system.
