MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or planning-focused role. Experience in OEM, configure-to-order, or high-mix manufacturing environments preferred. Preferred qualifications include experience with ERP systems and advanced planning and scheduling tools; strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, routings, work center scheduling, and capacity constraints; experience scheduling production in a discrete manufacturing environment; demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with practical, hands-on execution in a dynamic manufacturing environment; proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-to-medium volume production setting.
Travel: Up to 25% depending on business needs.
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.

The Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager is responsible for developing and managing integrated production planning and scheduling strategies that align customer demand with operational capacity, material availability, and delivery objectives for OEM products. This role ensures the accurate translation of sales forecasts and order intake into production and scheduling plans that enable efficient resource utilization, inventory control, and on-time fulfillment.
