JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to manage and run the Retorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retorts, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. You must be able to take direction. Work as a team player. You must be able to operate specialized equipment. You must be reliable. Proficiently Read and write English and Math.
Must be okay to work in a hot environment.
