Reporting of the role: This role reports to the Manufacturing PM Leader and Factory Head Responsibilities of the role: 1. Cross departments / plants communication & coordination 2. Manufacturing project management in each phase (EVT / DVT, PVT to MP) 3. Customer audit / visit activities planning and hosting, introducing factory and showing muscles to customer 4. Communicating with key account customers and colleagues from each department / plant 5. Optimizing MVA and lead the manufacturing cost reduction program Qualifications: 1. Able to communicate fluently with customer in English 2. Strong enthusiasm to invest yourself to learn more manufacturing knowledge from Foundation to Expertise. 3. Self-motivated, result oriented and leadership skills 4. Ability to communicate effectively 5.
