In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Participate in company L1 and L2 level product technical training, master the basic principles of the product, and pass the assessment. Study the product operation manual, be able to operate the product proficiently, master the setting of key product parameters, and pass the assessment. Learn the basic design principles of the product, understand the mechanical structure principles, electrical schematics, and electronic circuit diagrams of the product, and pass the assessment. Master the product manufacturing process, participate in workshop assembly process training, understand key quality characteristics, and be able to skillfully and accurately disassemble, assemble, and debug the product, and pass the assessment by the process department. Learn product function debugging, and become familiar with the equipment parameter debugging that affects the customer's welding effect, and pass the assessment by the application department. Participate in the analysis and diagnosis of technical problems in production, solve workshop assembly and production issues, and produce problem analysis reports. Participate in and further lead the writing and revision of product manufacturing process documents. Participate in the upgrading and transformation of production facilities, including tooling and equipment. Participate in the design and project implementation of factory production digitalization and automation solutions. Who You Are: Strong continuous learning ability Passionate about technical work and sees technical research as a direction for personal career development Practical, proactive, and responsible Strong logical thinking skills, with a clear and organized approach to problem analysis and solving For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering CET-4 (or equivalent) or higher English proficiency, with excellent academic performance in relevant coursework Proficiency in Python programming or Power BI is a plus Awards in professional competitions are a plus Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Possess basic English reading and writing skills, and be proficient in spoken English. Proficient in using professional software for mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering.
