ABOUT US:

Located in the Valleyfield Industrial Park, our company has been proudly operating since 1995. We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. Full training will be provided—must have experience working in a manufacturing plant.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of green coffee beans into processing equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the correct humidity level
• Quality Control: Take samples during various process stages for lab analysis.
• Report deviations in bean quality, color, or moisture content.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing equipment to avoid contamination.
• Documentation and Reporting: Record process data and log daily activities.
• Notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions or process issues.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping: Keep tools and materials organized to promote a safe work environment.
• Teamwork and Communication: Participate in safety briefings and team meetings.
• Be available for training and cross-functional work as needed.
