Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer
Job Summary:
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation efforts to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase throughput.
3. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
5. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
6. Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes and technologies.
7. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process scale-up activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in manufacturing process optimization and improvement.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
