Join our team, to work, lead and win #LikeABosch Job Description Main Objective ** This is a 8-month temporary position** Responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines. Fulfill the security, quality, delivery and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing the Arm of Wiper Systems. Highly automated, high value-add manufacturing process incl. robotics, vision systems and a high range of assembly processes. What challenges will you have? Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets. Responsible for reducing down times on production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process. Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.). Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines. Provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in toolings in order to ensure the continuity and quality during production. Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools. Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for scrap and failure costs Qualifications Who are we looking for?
